Current Internships & Volunteering Opportunities
Students for a Free Tibet is powered almost entirely by volunteers – both at the SFT international headquarters in New York and at the SFT network in UK – due to our small budget and grassroots structure. Interns and volunteers are an essential part of the work that takes place at SFT’s headquarters and are vital to our strength as an organization and our effectiveness in fighting for Tibet’s independence.
Interns and volunteers assist with daily functions of the office as well as work on long-term projects such as the newsletter, website, fundraising, campaigns, outreach, or event organizing.
For more information, or to apply to volunteer or intern for SFT UK, please email alex@sftuk.org.
- If you would like to apply for an internship, please send a resume and a cover letter outlining your involvement in SFT or the Tibet movement, why you want to be an SFT intern, and your availability (start & end dates, days & hours).
- If you would like to volunteer, please send a cover letter – a resume is not necessary.
