Urgent Announcement: We would like to inform you that the new date for the Street Skate has now been confirmed: 30th May, 5 pm in Hyde Park. Sorry for any inconvenience! We pray the weather will treat us well on the day.

This May SFT UK is working with some of the UK’s hottest skaters to highlight the ongoing crackdowns in Tibet and the consequent sufferings the Tibetan people endure in their own homeland under the Chinese Communist regime. More importantly, with the recent 6.9 Earthquake in Kyekundo in Eastern Tibet (Ch: Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province), in solidarity, SFT UK will use the event to raise funds out of which 50% will be donated towards the relief efforts for the victims Read more>>

Tibetans in Kyegundo have sent a letter to China’s leaders asking them to allow the Dalai Lama to visit the quake zone. The Dalai Lama has also expressed his desire to visit the area.

TAKE ACTION: Urge your elected representative to support the wishes of the Dalai Lama to visit the earthquake zone.
